THE CYCLING COMMUNITY HAS A SERIOUS PROBLEM
THERE AREN’T ENOUGH WOMXN IN CYCLING, FULL STOP.
From lack of choice of clothing to lack of range of bicycles, cycling is inherently sexist. Especially around FTW and WOC riders don’t have representation or access to other women who ride and who look like them to ask about cycling related problems or issues.
BECOME THE ATHLETE YOU KNOW YOU ARE.
I have witnessed riders do anything to improve, including abusing their body thorough dieting and starvation and other unsavory things to be the prototypical cyclist look. But cyclists come in all sizes, shapes and colors. What we really need is support, direction, education, and specific training, including better science and a nutrition plan to increase fitness and excel my race outcomes!
My mission is to teach womxn how to be badass bosses on their bikes.
