#AXNcycling Is a monthly cycling and performance coaching program. We build endurance, increase power, and learn the craft to achieve your goals.
we cover all disciplines including track, road, cyclocross, Mountain bike, gran fondos, AIDS/Lifecycle endurance rides.
#AXNcycling is your opportunity to work with me to overcome setbacks, get past injuries, and stop doing what doesn’t work.
I take the guesswork out of training and progression to the next level.
We review your work together to make sure we hit your goal events on target.
With a mix of workouts on and off the bike, you’ll bust through boredom and performance plateaus.
Most importantly, your results are your own!

Who is #AXNcycling NOT for?
It’s not for those that are new to exercising. If you are new to exercising or riding a bike without a sports background, hire a trainer for some personal development first.
It’s not for those under 16 years old.
It’s not for those who have a hard time following instructions or communicating via text, phone or email. If you want a DIY type of program, click over to AXN DIY coaching plans.
It’s not for those looking for a quick results or shortcut with little effort, this program is not a shortcut. Success is showing up with consistency and putting in the time on the bike and in the gym.
FAQs
What equipment do i need?
Successful cyclists invest in their equipment. To be successful you’ll need— a working bike; cycling kit; helmet; cycling shoes; water bottles; flat fixing kit. You will need to invest in a cycling computer with a heart rate monitor and/or a power meter so I can help you train and review data. Last you will need a bike fit to make sure you are set up for success and not injury.
I’m a beginner cyclist, can I still sign up to work with you?
YES! I work with beginner cyclists through national podium winners, we are all on a journey and I like to meet you where you are starting in that journey. All I ask is that you show up for yourself and your workouts consistently and try your best. If you have NEVER ridden before AND are completely new to exercising, this is not the right program for you.
