Introducing AXN Fitness and Coaching
Dear Friends -
Thank you for supporting AxellFitnessWorks the past 8 years! I truly appreciate how much time, energy, love, mistakes, and growth were involved in creating this business dedicated to helping you achieve your health and wellness (and cycling!) goals. It included a significant amount of investment in myself, growing into a better coach, trainer, business owner, athlete and leader.
Over the past 8 seasons, I'm grateful for the opportunity to work with dozens of athletes, busy professionals, parents and grandparents--to help you achieve unique goals, from strength training to pain management to cycling performance.
Something happened along the way, clients became friends. We cheer each others' progress and hold each other accountable to show up. Not only have I created lasting relationships, but I discovered that my passion for health and fitness can create deeper impact in my clients' lives, for the benefit of the entire community!
So the time is right, to launch AXN Fitness and Coaching.
The mission?
To help busy people like you create, achieve and sustain your healthy lifestyle goals. I teach people how to eat well, move better, and live healthy and happier days. To show you kindness, respect, belief that you can learn to create a healthy, fulfilling, and happy life. In turn, you'll build your confidence, self-efficacy and self esteem, showing you the way to achieve what you want most.
Personally, I feel we (as a society, but especially in the Bay Area) are caught up in "being busy." But are we productive? Our culture reveres busy-ness, glorifies sleepless nights, traffic, and espresso shots. So many people pray to the altar of busy-ness today.
But guess what? That culture is killing us.
Living constantly stressed-out leads to unwanted weight gain, mood swings, anxiety, depression, and deep feelings of shame, and loss of well-being. I’m here to help you break that "busy-ness" cycle, encouraging you to put your needs, health, life and happiness FIRST.
In the coming days and weeks, I have new programs and challenges planned for you, (and your friends and family, and the community). You see new online offerings, transformation challenges, and face to face training opportunities open up. I'll keep providing mindset, nutrition, and movement plans, tips and anything else you want to learn, delivered directly from me to your inbox.
